Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate in Beachwood to deliver friendly service, resolve returns, assist with order pickup, and process transactions accurately.

You will mentor new hires on the register and help promote Nordstrom loyalty programs. The role requires strong relationship-building, multi-system tech proficiency, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced retail setting, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and onboard new hires on the POS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to handle daily store tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities
