Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and uphold safety procedures.
• Handle reservations and site duties to promote bookings and guest satisfaction.
