Job summary

ESA Management, LLC's Extended Stay America in Houston is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines.

You will keep the front desk, lobby and breakfast area neat, process reservations, and resolve guest requests with ESA's Make it Right service culture while maintaining safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 0-3 months related experience.
• Ability to work across shifts and perform audit functions.
• Proficiency in English and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payment.
• Process reservations and departures per guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and breakfast display.
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Provide guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
