Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to welcome customers, assist stylists, process merchandise, and support in-store events.

You will engage with diverse audiences, understand customer needs, and connect them to services such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, and Returns. This role may involve opening/closing duties and light housekeeping as part of daily responsibilities.
