Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Los Angeles to engage customers, partner with stylists, process merchandise, and support in-store events. You will welcome customers, identify needs, and guide them to services such as Online Order Pickup and alterations.

Role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Light cleaning and opening/closing duties are included.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and engage with diverse audiences.
• Understand and meet customer needs, guiding to services like Online Order Pickup or Alterations.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email; provide trend/style feedback.
• Support back-of-house tasks including inventory and organization.
• Assist with event execution and RSVPs; act as door greeter when needed.
• Open/close shifts and follow security procedures.
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks.
