You will wear many hats, from working with stylists to processing merchandise and supporting in-store events. You will greet customers, connect them to services such as Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping, etc., and assist with inventory and store organization while maintaining a clean, welcoming

Qualifications

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new initiatives, concepts, and services within the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with storytelling and engage diverse audiences.
• Understand needs and connect customers to services (Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping).
• Communicate professionally by phone and email; provide feedback on trends and style.
• Support back-of-house processes including inventory management and maintaining organization.
• Assist with event execution and RSVP tracking; be door greeter when needed.
• Open and close the store following security procedures.
• Light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, dishwashing, restroom maintenance.
