Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail support is preferred.
• Ability to assist with returns, exchanges and price adjustments.
• Comfort with handling money and daily cash procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to colleagues in bookkeeping and guest services.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
