Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude with remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, bagging, money orders, Western Union, postal machines, copies, lottery equipment, and more.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
