Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the front-end, handling cashiering, money orders, Western Union and other services. You will support store operations and assist guests with returns, pricing issues, and transactions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Front-end duties including cashiering, bagging and using various payment and service machines.
• Support to store operations and cashier interventions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive guest service attitude.
• Perform front-end functions and operate money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overages/shortages, and exchanges.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager in absence.
