Job summary

Coborn’s Guest Services Representative delivers outstanding guest service at the front-end, handling cashier responsibilities, money orders, Western Union, and various services beyond traditional groceries. The role supports the store through accurate transactions and proactive guest engagement, with opportunities for growth within a team-driven environment.

Customers are supported with returns and pricing inquiries, while associates perform audits and back-filling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and support the store as needed.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operation of money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, or coupon-related transactions.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
