Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the front end, supporting cashiering, returns, money orders, Western Union, and other services not offered by traditional grocers.

The role requires accurate cash handling, attention to pricing, and teamwork across store operations. You will provide backup for the Guest Service Manager and help keep our guests happy while enjoying benefits like discounts and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience with front-end cashiering and guest service.
• Ability to handle returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges.
• Strong cash handling accuracy and price-check capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, and other services.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to employees in areas of responsibility including Guest Services and cashiering.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
