• Ability to perform front-end duties and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal services, Western Union, and related tasks.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and price discrepancies.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to team members and support Guest Service Manager in absence.
