• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to team in Guest Services, cashiering, and related duties.
• Support Guest Service Manager in their absence.
