Coborn’s Guest Services Representative delivers remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, Western Union, postal services, dry cleaning, and more. The role supports front-end operations and unique transactions beyond traditional retail.

You will assist guests with returns and exchanges, perform cashier duties, and help maintain pricing accuracy while upholding Coborn’s high standards and employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and front-end transactions.
• Ability to process returns, coupon refunds and exchanges.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service with a positive attitude.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal tasks, Western Union, and related duties.
• Assist guests with returns, oversells, and price adjustments.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services, cashiering, and related tasks.
• Assist Guest Service Manager in their absence.
