Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete registration by inputting guest details and room rates; code keys and coupons.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers; handle vouchers and travelers' checks.
• Answer calls and relay messages to guests; manage mail and small packages.
• Close accounts at check-out and assist with resolving guest issues per guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat work environment.
