This role requires basic math, cash handling, and comfortable use of the property management system. Strong English communication and professional appearance are essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; equivalent education considered.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong calculator skills for moderately complex mathematical tasks.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with inputting information into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at check-in with accuracy and a welcoming demeanor.
• Input and retrieve information in the computer system; assign rooms based on guest needs.
• Verify payments, balance house bank, and process vouchers and various payment methods.
• Answer phones promptly with clear English and relay messages as needed.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints, researching solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Adhere to safety, security, and department procedures at all times.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and assist other staff as required.
