The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and multitasking while supporting breakfast service and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provides outstanding customer service to guests and assists with inquiries and reservations.
• Handles check-ins and guest requests, resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintains a welcoming, professional demeanor and coordinates with departments as needed.
• Assists with breakfast prep, housekeeping coordination, and light operational tasks.
• Opens communications, answers calls, and processes billing as required.
• Completes cash transactions and supports all hotel departments during peak times.
