Job summary

Opensity Solutions LLC in Denver, CO seeks a Hospitality Associate to deliver warm, personalized guest experiences and manage day-to-day hospitality operations. You will be the main contact for guests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high service standards.

The role reports to the Lead Hospitality Associate or Client Relations Manager, is non-exempt, and offers compensation up to $22 per hour with potential for an annual bonus. Training includes Cornerstone platform usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced client-facing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests to create a positive first impression.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to address issues.
• Upsell services, amenities, and packages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
