Ballast Wax, operating European Wax Center locations, is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Akron, OH. Be the face of the brand at the front desk, warmly greeting guests, educating them on services, answering questions, and guiding visits.

This in-person role offers flexible Full-Time & Part-Time schedules. You will manage reservations, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain a welcoming lobby while contributing to a team-driven culture.
