Ballast Wax is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in McMurray, PA. You will greet guests, educate them on services, manage the front desk, and help create a center culture that guests love.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to educate guests on services and promotions without being pushy.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills for a busy front desk.
• Availability for evenings and weekends; ability to work both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest and set a professional, welcoming tone.
• Educate guests on services, policies, and expectations for their visit.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle inquiries at the front desk.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking targets and contribute to center goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and support opening/closing procedures.
