Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office tasks: reservations, check-ins/outs, and reports.
• Assist guests, conduct tours, and fulfill special requests.
• Handle laundry duties and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks and stock supplies.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to boost occupancy.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• Other duties as assigned.
