Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest requests and escalated concerns as needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
