Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver a warm, memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, resolve issues, operate the front desk system, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
