Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and support smooth front desk operations. You’ll help guests with reservations and daily service needs, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

You’ll resolve questions, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information to guests. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities to grow in front desk and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate the front desk system and process payments.
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Handle guest requests and elevate concerns when needed.
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance.
