ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Guest Services Representative (GSR) to support guests from check-in to check-out and handle payments according to company guidelines. This role requires greeting guests, answering phones, and maintaining front desk and breakfast areas with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit cards and city ledger accounts at the property.
• Set up, maintain, and takedown breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and clean work area at front desk, lobby and common areas.
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect guest information, probe for sales leads, identify sales opportunities.
• Comply with safety and security procedures and report issues promptly.
