Qualifikationen

• Understand and closely follow safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient operation of property management system and audit tasks when needed.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform arithmetic in all units of measure.

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out and collect payment.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process with respect and kindness.
• Process reservations and handle billing at checkout.
