Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them for rooms and handle payments. You will respond quickly to requests, assist with luggage during busy times and help maintain guest satisfaction.

The role supports front desk operations, requires basic PMS familiarity and a customer-focused approach to delivering memorable experiences for guests and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations, and process payments.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during peak periods.
• Balance accounts and conduct basic audits as needed.
