Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our property. You will handle check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced front office environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected as needed on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide check-in/out services.
• Manage room reservations using hotel software.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Answer phone, email, and other guest communications.
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate.
• Support overall front office operations as needed.
