OTH Hotels Resorts in the United States seeks a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional front desk service, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism.

The role supports the front office team in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and a guest-focused attitude. Property-based position with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in/check-out.
• Manage room reservations using hotel PMS.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for readiness.
• Answer calls, emails, and other guest communications.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel services when appropriate.
• Support overall front office operations as needed.
