You will use our front desk systems, process reservations, handle cash and maintain a clean, organized lobby and breakfast area while delivering ESA's signature service. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and sales opportunities through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Interact with guests and process reservations, check-in/out in line with policies.
• Proficient use of front desk systems and cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety and company procedures in daily operations.
• Assist with routine reports and guest-related correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment.
• Process reservations, registrations and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger records accurately.
• Set up and maintain breakfast display and lobby areas.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify potential sales leads.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide accommodation for guest requests and report issues.
