Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guest check-in/out, answer phones, process payments, and maintain front desk operations in Scottsdale. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and aligning with ESA's Make it Right program.

The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to manage daily reports while upholding safety and security standards across all guest areas.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is required for interaction with guests and vendors.
• Ability to operate property management system and audit shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and operate maintenance procedures as documented.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence using standard formats.
• Perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Exercise good judgment in daily decisions.
• Resolve guest issues through established Make it Right processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests.
• Handle reservations and registrations following company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Set up and takedown breakfast displays.
• Keep front desk and public areas clean and organized.
• Promote ESA to drive reservations and occupancy.
• Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Travel through property for routine tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodation to guest requests when possible.
• Adhere to all company policies including key control and safety reporting.
