Job summary

Extended Stay America in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and handle payments in line with company policies, while keeping front desk areas organized and secure.

You will also participate in breakfast display upkeep, promote ESA services, and support safety procedures, with attention to accuracy in daily front office tasks and respectful guest interactions.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology (PMS).
• Understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for payments and transactions (cash, credit).
• Apply good judgment and problem-solve guest issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments.
• Process reservations and registrations per company guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger balances.
• Maintain breakfast display and keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Follow safety, security, and key control policies.
