Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with guests and team members.
• Proficient use of property management system software.

• Able to complete daily front office reports and audits.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to assess and resolve guest issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Upsell ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations.
• Provide accommodations and assist with guest requests when possible.
• Complete front office daily paperwork.
