Extended Stay America in San Diego is seeking a Guest Services Representative to joining our front desk team. You will assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, answer phones, and handle payments while adhering to company guidelines and safety procedures.

You will maintain daily front desk paperwork, keep the lobby and common areas orderly, and promote the ESA experience to drive reservations. A positive guest-first attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience as stated by the employer.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Proven ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle payments according to guidelines.
• Demonstrated good judgment and problem-solving when addressing guest needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and follow safety and security procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA's Make it Right process with courtesy and respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Manage cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts for the property.
• Set up breakfast display and maintain a clean front desk and lobby area.
• Promote ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect guest information, identify sales opportunities, and conduct property tours.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests when possible and practical.
