Job summary

Extended Stay America in Matthews, NC is seeking a Guest Services Representative. You will assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and process payments in line with company guidelines.

The role requires maintaining a welcoming front desk, taking care of daily paperwork, and ensuring safety policies are followed. You will help resolve guest concerns and contribute to a clean, organized property environment.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to interact in English and communicate with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the front desk property management system.
• Must understand and comply with safety and operating documents.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Handle guest requests with follow-through and resolve issues via Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and common areas in compliance with standards.
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Maintain accurate guest information and assist with sales leads and tours of the property.
• Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures.
