Job summary

Extended Stay America in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Guest Services Representative. You will assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per company guidelines.

You will also process reservations, maintain daily paperwork, and uphold safety and security standards across front desk and common areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and English proficiency, with skills in PMS usage and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for guest and vendor interactions.
• Experience operating a property management system and audit routines.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Capable of completing routine front desk reports and correspondence.
• Basic math for payments and balances.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations and registrations and handle departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts accurately.
• Support breakfast setup and maintain a clean front desk and lobby.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Provide guest issue resolution via Make it Right processes.
