Job summary

Extended Stay America in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, and process payments in line with brand standards. You will complete front desk paperwork and uphold safety procedures while delivering exceptional service.

You will also help maintain breakfast displays, support housekeeping cross-training as needed, and ensure the lobby and public areas meet brand standards.

Qualifications

Proficient English to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
Proficient operation of the property management system.
Ability to process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
Accurate handling of cash, credit cards and city ledger accounts.
Ability to complete routine front desk reports and audits.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
