Job summary

Siegel Group Nevada seeks a Customer Service Representative for Siegel Select Florence in Florence, KY. You will greet guests, assist with room availability, and process transactions to ensure a positive first impression.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience; must be legally eligible to work in the United States; weekend/holiday availability is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, positive manner as they enter the property and answer phones quickly and courteously.
• Know room openings and availability and assist guests accordingly.
• Sell rooms to guests in person and over the phone, including posting Craigslist ads daily.
• Accurately handle all cash and charge transactions.
• Make cash drops in the safe and keep cash records.
• Maintain accurate records of vacant rooms and close-out procedures including deposits and reports, and set alarms.
• Take work orders from residents and enter them correctly in the system.
• Receive and distribute mail to residents.
• Keep the office clean and inviting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
