Job summary

Siegel Group Nevada Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Siegel Suites and Select properties in Las Vegas. You will greet guests, answer phones, and manage room openings and availability while selling rooms in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, posting Craigslist ads daily, keeping accurate vacancy records, processing work orders, and distributing mail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly manner as they enter the property.
• Answer phones quickly and courteously, within 3 rings.
• Know room openings and availability and sell rooms in person and by phone.
• Process cash and charge transactions, and perform cash drops in the safe.
• Maintain accurate records of vacant rooms and closing reports.
• Receive and distribute mail to residents and take work orders.
• Keep a clean, inviting office and assist with daily tasks as assigned.
