Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is helpful.
• Ability to process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Answer phones and route calls or assist accordingly.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
