Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests with a personable approach.
• Book and register reservations; verify guest information.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Handle guest complaints; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash drawer and perform transactions.
• Maintain records of cash flows, registrations, reservations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Protect guest confidentiality.
