Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations. The role requires delivering excellent customer service and providing information on rooms, rates and amenities.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate bookings, verifying payments, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guest needs. Training is provided; experience in hotel settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist or similar role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Register guests and manage check-in/check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
