Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the guests' first contact, handling check-ins, reservations, and information about rooms, rates and amenities.

You will register guests, manage online and phone bookings, upsell services, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival. We train new hires; flexible scheduling; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist or similar role.
• Training will be provided to new hires.
• Familiarity with travel planning sites (Booking, TripAdvisor) is a plus.
• Strong customer service attitude is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit data.
• Register guests with required information.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information on hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
