Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the guests' first contact and manage registrations, reservations, and information on rooms, rates, and amenities.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in hospitality, and the ability to upsell services while ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process. On-site work with a 3p-11p shift and room for full-time/part-time status.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a hotel front desk or receptionist role.
• We train!
• Familiarity with travel planning sites (Booking, TripAdvisor) is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hotel management degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify card data.
• Register guests with required details and dates of stay.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information on hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
