Extended Stay America is hiring a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, and process payments. You will support front desk daily tasks, maintain lobby areas, and promote ESA services to drive reservations.

This role emphasizes service culture, safety compliance, and accurate cash handling. Candidates should be prepared to assist with breakfast setup and liaise with management to resolve guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and teammates.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operating procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Accurate arithmetic for payments and balances.
• Good judgment in handling guest requests.
• Resolve guest-related issues using Make it Right process.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in compliance with standards.
• Provide breakfast area setup and upkeep as required.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Record guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
