Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins and payments with accuracy and courtesy. You will maintain the front desk, breakfast area, and back-office paperwork, while upholding safety policies and brand standards across the property.

You will resolve guest issues, promote ESA’s service culture, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology.
• Ability to perform audits and routine reports.
• Ability to handle cash, payments, and balance reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast display to standards.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
