Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, and process payments at the front desk. The role emphasizes delivering a positive guest experience and maintaining front desk operations in accordance with ESA guidelines.

Responsibilities include using the property management system, handling daily paperwork, and promoting ESA offerings while ensuring a clean, organized lobby and breakfast area.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience handling cash, payments and city ledger minor balances.
• Ability to operate the property management system and audit shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Process payments according to company guidelines and procedures.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries to bookings.
