Job summary

OWA Tropic Hideaway RV Resort in Foley, AL is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming first impression for guests, handling arrivals, departures, site assignments and inquiries.

You will combine hospitality with administrative skills to keep the resort's tropical atmosphere, use the property management system for reservations, payments, and daily reports, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or front desk roles; RV resort/hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation software.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Weekend, holiday, and flexible shift availability.
• Hospitality or RV resort experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Manage reservations, payments, and daily reports using the property management system.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with special events and other front office duties as assigned.
