Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at the property. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment, including evenings and weekends. This position is on-site at the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check-in/out.
• Manage room reservations using hotel PMS.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel services as appropriate.
• Support front office operations as needed.
