Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Verify payment methods and process guest transactions according to hotel policies.
• Manage reservations received through phone calls, online booking channels, and walk-in inquiries.
• Assign guest rooms and provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Assist with group reservations and special accommodations for VIP guests.
• Promote and upsell hotel amenities, room upgrades, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
